    Solutions Property Management was not forthcoming with the contract agreement. Our property was listed without our written authorization as stated in section 1.7 of the contract. It stated it needs to be agreed upon by All parties we never agreed to the amount that they listed and when we tried to cancel the contract since the amount listed was below what we agreed on they stated we have to pay the cancelation fee of $300.00 even though they had listed our property below the amount and say they listed it for what the market price at the time but at no moment it was told to us in writing the amount which was never done in the contract only stated TBD on the rent charge and the deposit. All I am advising is to do your research well make sure to have everything in writing with the numbers you agreed on and don't sign anything that states TBD, they will get you and make you pay for the lack of transparency and Professionalism especially the ********************************** JG. who came to our property and made promises of services and what he was going to get us for the property and he inspected and determine what we could list it for and then went a listed it for what he and only he thought it should rent for and we had no knowledge of it.

    As was explained to you *********************, there is a cancelation fee, in the contract that you signed, if canceled before the end of the contract term.  You wanted to cancel your contract a week after signing it and after ********************************** JG completed all necessary steps to get the property listed and marketed, at his expense.  At the end of the day, as you stated, it was in your best interest to sell the house instead of renting it out, which we do understand.  It is unfortunate that decision was not reached prior to signing our property management contract to list your property for rent and our company and manager incurring fees and costs out of pocket to market your property for sale.  There were expenses incurred so we were unable to grant your request to waive the cancellation fee.  We have the fee as a minimum to recover out of pocket costs for our company and managers.
