I purchased tickets from undercover tourist. Their website at the time did not specifically state that these tickets were nonrefundable. They are stating that Kennedy space Center is the one who issues the refund, and who states if a refund can be honored. Im not sure how this company is even in business with all of the negative reviews I have seen for under cover tourist . Their website does not have a clear expectation E- tickets being nonrefundable. If anything, right under where you click get tickets and place them in your cart it clearly states a 365 ticket return policy. I have sent them screenshots and have told them ************** that the way it looks on a mobile device vs a computer is not the same and there is absolutely nowhere that says it is a non-refundable purchase between placing the tickets in your cart and paying. I paid $195 for Kennedy space center tickets only to realize 2 weeks later that it is actually 3 hours from where we was going to be staying and making the trip is not feasible. This has become a complete nightmare with this company between them and Kennedy space center I would stay away from buying tickets with them, Because if something happens, and youre not able to use them, you will not get your money back. It appears that Kennedy space Center allows their third-party companies to just completely ignore facts and only cares about the money they are pocketing.

The 1 star rating is for the summer camp. I would give the KSC Visitor Complex 4 out of 5 stars. There are two reasons that I was very disappointed with this camp. My autistic son experienced repeated bullying from another camper. My son told me the first and second day that he asked his camp counselor if he could please be paired with someone else because this boy was making him uncomfortable and the counselor said no. The third day it escalated to a large verbal argument involving multiple other students. The counselor walked over to intervene, didn't get enough information, and ended up laughing at what she thought my son said. Everyone else laughed as well and my son was humiliated. At this point, I spoke with the counselor and the director and believed things would improve. By the fourth day, my son was so traumatized that he stayed up half the night shaking and vomiting. Regardless of my son's special needs, bullying cannot be allowed to continue. I know its hard and it takes diligence. But I say this as a teacher myself; I watch my students like a hawk. I just won't accept it. The second reason I was very disappointed about the camp was that I expected it to be a STEM camp, but it is not. It is a theme park day care. My children have attended STEM day camps at a university and in our local community. Every single STEM camp was taught by engineers with in depth content and preparation for possible STEM careers. I wrongly assumed that KSC Summer Camp was going to be an advanced STEM camp where my children would learn from NASA engineers. Instead, the camp counselors are theme park workers who guide the children through the theme park. If someone is looking for a unique local daycare while they work locally, then give this a try. But if you are imagining this to be space camp for gifted children aspiring to be aerospace engineers, then try an actual STEM camp at a university or other professional place, not a theme park.

My family and I are traveling to Florida in a couple of weeks. We have book airfare, hotels, Disney Cruise, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, and shuttle arrangements. Each one of these entities allows for a change of date or time, in the event of any issue. However, I mistakenly picked a different Sunday of our desired visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Apparently KSC uses a third party for tickets on line. ******* ********. Immediately after I ordered our tickets, I realized I chose the wrong Sunday. I quickly called to see if I can have this change to the Sunday before. I was told by ******* ********, there is no refunds or change of schedules available for any online ticket orders. This statement is embedded within a link and not stated anywhere on the initial ticket ordering process. So this means my oder for three tickets are absolutley a waist of money. I had to order another three tickets for the correct Sunday. So it cost me double to go one day. I can change any aspect of our vacation to Florida, EXCEPT, Kennedy Space Center's ticket ordering online process. This is not right to a consumer.
