      Dale is a crook! I wrote an in depth review on his website. My husband paid him $3000 to buy materials. Dale was to start this job 07/15/23. It is now September 25, 2023, and Dale has not produced the materials or started the job. He states he is placing the job ‘to the end of the line’ because my husband contacts him demanding the job be done. Dale responds to my husband in a very nasty and condescending way. He gives excuses and never shows to do the work. We have no choice but to go to court and sue him.

      Required half down for materials with balance due upon completion. Completed just over half of the house siding and had multiple excuses why they needed more money during the work. Found out this company does not hold a license or insurance in the state of Florida. Website states they are licensed and insured. Did not get the required permits only stated I can get them if I want but they are not necessary. After promising three different dates to have all work completed my house is still not finished with exposed plywood and not enough materials to finish the work. After asking for a portion of my money returned they tried to blame me instead for the delays and threatened that my price just went up. This is not a trustworthy company. They took my money and ran. I am a 100% disabled veteran with 22yrs of miliary service and on a fixed income. I apparently was an easy target because I look for the good in people, trust openly and for that I paid dealy. My only hope is to stop them from hurting and taking advantage of other people.
