    Completely Unsatisfied Customer In March 2022, we hired Ted ************ with All Kinds of Screen LLC to replace several screen panels and all of the bolted hardware on our pool lanai, in addition to cleaning and sealing the gutters over our pool cage. We paid $3500 for his services, and he never came back to finish the final work on our gutters. To make matters worse, we started noticing our new screen panels coming loose within 4-5 weeks of the repairs. Spline had started popping out from the beams, noticeable gaps were becoming apparent, and some of the screen panels were starting to rip. After weeks of contacting Ted to inspect the damage, he finally came out and confirmed that the supplier sent the wrong size spline, and that all of the repaired panels would need to be re-installed. We spent the next six months getting the complete run-around from Ted; either excuses why he wasn't able to come out, or promises on various dates that he'd be back to make the repairs. Each time he was a no-show without the decency of a phone call or text. We finally asked Ted for a refund so we could get another company out to do the work. He agreed to a refund over the week of Thanksgiving. However, despite several calls and texts since that time, we have not heard from him, nor have we had any money refunded. We finally resorted to leaving a review on his ******** page in December, where he responded that we were liars and blocked us. The way we’ve been treated during this matter is very disappointing, to say the least, especially seeing that we were repeat customers that had previously recommended Ted to friends and family. It’s amazing in today’s world where businesses rely so heavily on word-of-mouth advertising, that a company would take thousands of dollars from someone and not stand behind their work.
