    The owner Daniel ****** is a liar and empty promise is good at it, we sign a agreement with him for plans they where already done just a a coble of change and do the engineering, just find out is not license to be a architect is not a general contract is only license ass administrator I will never recommend them to any one starting today I will go for is licence and get my money back it is only time will fix Mr Daniel ******

    There is no value in doing business with Dan ****** and company. Him, building our home has turned out to be a scam of major proportion. He was to provide a start to finish project to budget but instead, after giving him nearly $50k, not even the house plans work. My biggest fault was giving a deposit of $30k+ up front which made us stay w him. After working w him for more than 10 months and him not even close to getting building permits there is no communication and we have an attorney we can’t afford. We are mid-class income, retired people in our 70’s so this is something we will never recoup from.

    This company made all kinds of promises for dates our drawing would be completed. They have had only excuses for the delays. They promised our plan would be completed within 6 weeks. They missed the target by 3 weeks the first time, once it was completed, it was incorrectly done. It was supposed to be designed with rafters, however, they designed designed it with trusses. We sent it back in for a revision to change to rafters. We had to wait another three weeks before it was returned. It was returned wrong again and was designed with on-site built trusses this time, not rafters. Returned it again, asked for it to be corrected asap as we lost so much time already. Owner promised they would have it in 3 days, that date past. He then assured us it would be completed by weeks end. That day has also now come to pass. When we called again he stated he would try to have it done in another week, without any assurance and just did not seem to care about all the time we lost due to their mess up. This has been going on since December, it is now March. You would think when a company screws things up that they would try to make it right or at least put you ahead other projects when it was supposed to have been done right weeks ago. This place does not care and put it back to the bottom of their project list. Would NEVER recommend this place. Not worth the headache.
