    After an extensive search for a contractor to renovate two bathrooms, we selected TODD THOMPSON HOMES for this project. Our decision was greatly influenced by Todd Thompson Homes having obtained a Better Business Bureau Accreditation, which few other contractors have done. Our project commenced with a pre-assessment team thoroughly documenting everything that needed to be accomplished, including making sure that all our concerns were addressed . This resulted in a contract that contained a detailed part and cost breakdown that provided a scope of work for the entire project. This resulted in an estimate that was exactly the price that we paid . There were no add-ons or other problems related to money. We were impressed to know exactly what we would be paying. Each of the various tradesmen who worked in our house was extremely courteous and polite and they went out of their way to be as unobtrusive as possible. The work was estimated to start and to be completed on or about given dates. All target dates were met, and our renovation went smoothly from beginning to end. The project supervisor, Tommy *******, came to our home daily to check on the progress being made. His attention to detail was essential in preventing problems before they could occur. When we had concerns about various aspects of the work, he went the extra mile to accommodate us while ensuring that all work was done to contract specifications. Shortly after the renovation was completed , the owner of the company ,Todd Thompson came to our home to discuss any concerns we might have. He closely checked the work, took several pictures, , and he personally assured us that if we had any problems all we had to do was call Tommy and they would be resolved. Throughout the entire renovation process, we found TODD THOMPSON HOMES to be very professional in every aspect. The performance of this company can be described in two phases: Outstanding and Exceeding Expectations.
