    NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My wedding was April 6, 2024 and I had a written contract and a deposit with this company for about one month prior to the wedding date to provide a Jewish chuppah canopy and walkway runner for the ceremony. Two hours before the ceremony I received a text message from owner/operator, ***** ("***") ***** stating she had an "emergency" and would not be able to deliver the above and that as she has no employees, and could not locate a friend, neighbor or otherwise that she was aborting fulfillment of the above. Had I not seen the text I would not have known this as intentionally she didn't phone me. When I immediately phoned her back about her text she would not answer the phone. She aborted me and ruined the wedding as nothing was delivered to venue. Being Jewish, the wedding required the above so while I did get married that day my marriage is not recognized by the Jewish religion, my wife and I were devastated and our 75 wedding guests were shocked by the lack of a proper Jewish wedding ceremony. My deposit has never been returned despite repeated attempts to contact **************. ***********************************
