    I hired the company BEM, Brancas Encomendas e Mudamentos on 03/08/2021 to take a moving box to ****** and until today this box has not arrived. They say they had problems with the Federal Revenue with some of their containers. The same has already been released. And one of their employees went to ****** in September 2022 to separate the items from the people who were all mixed up. So far February 15, 2023 I have not received any of my stuff. Total disregard for customers and the items that were shipped. I don't recommend this company to anyone. And I want to receive the money I paid and the value of the items that were shipped.
