"For several years, we used ACS for answering our Business phones for one week year and the next year in the next, but the last time we used them over a year ago, they set us up on a year service, which is not what I signed up for a year later they sent us a bill plus late fees which is something we did not sign onto And we never would have why would they send a bill a year later stating that we are overdue on our account but never doing it before? They do not respond to us, but they will after we go with their scam."
