  The process was very straight forward, they were with me from the beginning and helped me throughout the process of getting a new roof. Emails/Calls were all done to ensure accuracy and if I had questions, almost any one of the many contacts I received was able to guide me.

  Brian ***** lied from the very beginning! After you sign their agreement, you never hear from him again. Total bait and switch. They paid people to give reviews but I would not leave a good review and they withheld my money! Run far far away! These people are lyers and thieves!

  First apologies for your experience. That is never something we would want especially after experiencing a loss to your home. We want to make it right. I tried looking up your name in our system but it didn't come up under Harry Galveston or [email protected]. It could just be under some variation of your name. Can you give us your property address so I can find you in our system and call you if ok so as to find out exactly what happened so we can learn from it and fix it in the future as well as see what I can do to help you with your individual situation.   I signed with top tier and they pretty much kept me out of the loop with everything. Called a couple of times sent automated emails once a week that meant nothing. When it was time to do the mediation with the insurance company, I never received a call to go over what was going to happen. I got the phone call and my case manager had no clue what she was talking about and of course my insurance company was having a field day with that and said no to everything. Her name was charlotte safalia she told them I had roof leaks which I didn’t. She was clueless and did talk to me about it. So when I wanted to get a lawyer I wanted them to be removed from my insurance so they wouldn’t benefit if I won they are refusing to let me out of our agreement. This was the worst decision I’ve made to go with this company. PLEASE DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE.

  After writing the review I spoke with Jake from Top Tier, he informed me he would correct the problem. He assured me that once the insurance company sent the check that he would send the whole amount to me. The issue we had stems from miscommunication.  I appreciate the quick response to rectify the problem.
