      Do not use Waste Pro in ****** Al they miss trash pickups all the time, so many times I have lost count, I have tried to reach out and get this to stop but it continues, they are good for a few weeks and then it happens again or they will leave the trash can in the road or in middle of my drive way, I have been so patient and they just continue to give a paying customer reason why they forget my trash. I do not understand how a business can run like this and be okay with it. you would think that the number of complaints on ****** would have the manger do something, but they just don't care

      Had WastePro for years and no problems til recently. Crew that picks up my area extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried calling the office to discuss the issues and no one returned my calls. Cancelled service and found another company that had better reviews and is cheaper. Would. It recommend WastePro.

      I tried to email the information to the email address provided ****************************** and this is not a valid email address. Was sent back with error code. I guess I shouldnt be surprised since they dont seem to care about customer service.

      This company is absolutely terrible. Sarasota County switched to them for trash service. Total incompetence and inability to fulfill their obligations. They do not pick up trash or recycling consistently. They leave half emptied pails. They spill trash on the side of the road and leave it. Nextdoor, ****** reviews, and neighborhood HOA forums and filled with unsatisfied customers. ********************** does not respond to work tickets, missed collections, or even our county 311. This company needs to be forcibly removed from the county contract.

      I cannot recommend against using this company enough. I started using them after moving into an unincorporated community and needed trash pickup service. After many months of service, I stopped using them for several reasons. My trash would often not get picked up during scheduled days. Waiting on the phone to contact them was often a long wait. When I canceled my services I explicitly communicated to the person on the phone that I still wanted my two months of service that I already paid for. The person on phone assured me that my service would continue for the duration I paid for. A couple of days later some Waste Pro employees took my can away from my property which resulted in another long phone call where I found out that my service was discontinued even though I still had service paid for the next two months. They apologized and said that they would return my trash can but it took 7 weeks for them to do so. During this period I had to use some other large containers I had lying around that did not have lids which was inconvenient. When my service finally did run out, I requested several times for them to pick up their trashcan. After three attempts I gave up and started using the Waste Pro can for my new company (American Waste Disposal) which provided service that was better in every way. Then the news came that Waste Pro bought out American Waste Disposal which resulted in me becoming a Waste Pro customer again. I was not thrilled about the news but decided to give Waste Pro another shot since they verbally agreed over the phone to honor my old rate for some unspecified duration of time. Well service has tanked again as for reasons unknown to me they will only take one of my two cans when they pickup. I am back to waiting on the phone to talk to someone who can help. Currently, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes which is why I am bothering to write this review. It looks like I will have to find a new company again.

      I received a bill from this company yesterday saying that I owe them $41.40. I have NEVER used this company. They don't even run in our area. I live in **********, **. Every time I have tried calling them today I stay on the phone for 10+ minutes and no one answers the phone. I will NOT be paying this fraudulent bill.

      They stop providing service, they acknowledged having received my texts asking about whether they canceled, but they have a bill for service they didn't even provide out on debt collection against me. When I signed up, I specifically paid for a single period of service, so they're just trying to squeeze money out of people.

      First and foremost common sense does not apply with their drivers, second accountability is out of the window, third proper scheduling is not part of their customer service. Every time I call with a simple task and solution to solve the challenge I get a passive aggressive attitude. Their COO needs to be fired because their operating principles are non functional. Actually they need to fire everyone and do a complete personnel overhaul. Hire people that actually want to help the company grow and provide great customer service, followed by providing a great work atmosphere for their employees. All three can be achieved with the right leadership. But as of now WastePro is definitely NON-PRO avoid them at all costs!!!!

      No Customer service.ON 1/10/2025 at 2:20 called the given phone for their Clearwater location customer service, waited for *****, then got disconnected. Dialed again and now I am waiting on the phone for 28min ready to quit.This is my first time calling to the customer service and I am already frustrated.

      They are literally the worst company. Not only did I end up canceling services because they never picked up our trash, now 2 months later Im getting notifications we owe them $133. Tried to call to ask why we are still being billed despite their records showing we did indeed cancel back in October and was told a manger would call me back to resolve this and they never did of course. That was a week ago and now I just got another text notification we owe them the $133. I am beyond livid at this company. To no longer be a costumer and to still have to be dealing with their nonsense is insane. I have no faith *** ever get a call from the ***** manager to resolve this. Wastepro if you read this.STOP TRYING TO **** ME!!! I canceled in October!!! My name is ******* (*****) ******. You can find me in your system and call me to resolve this. I also left a voicemail on the Arden location machine so you have no excuse to not contact me and resolve this. Its simple. TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM AND STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME

      I moved into my ***********, ** home 11/8. Its 12/10 and I still have no trash cans. Ive been told on four separate occasions that dispatch should be delivering them this week. If you want poor service and half-hearted apologies then this is the company for you.
