    I want to give zero stars. I asked for a refund and they would not give me a refund. I submitted my passport renewal and it got returned stating there wasn't a payment made. Now I am out $90 plus whatever I will have to pay the government for a renewal. Please be warned and read all their terms and conditions before using this place. Total Scam!!!!

    This is a scam. You do not have to pay to complete US passport applications. I was scammed out of $90 for two applications. These guys do not represent the Official US passport office which is run through the US post office.

    SCAM. This is a SCAM. If I could give a 0 star rating for this "company" I would. This is a Fraudulent Service. Do not give them your information. I repeat, do not provide them with any information as they are scammers. They try to pass themselves off as a legitimate company/ government entity, but they are far from it. They ask you to write out all required and then simply take the information you have provided and input it into the government passport forms -- aka what you just did as the customer. They provide no value and they do not file anything. AFTER they get your information they resell your information to others. The authorities in Florida need to shut this place down ASAP. They are identity theft-ers.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I gave 1 star because -5 stars wasn't an option. This company passes itself off as a legit company offering to help you with your passport. Really all they are doing is typing in the information you give them onto a passport application. Filling out a passport application is free and it doesn't need to be typed! Then they charge you $90! Make sure to read the fine print...they are pretending to be more than they are and then take advantage of you! Once I realized what they had charged me for, I asked for a refund. They told me that I should have read the fine print and that it was my fault I didn't read it so no refund. BEWARE!
