If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product, we will replace it.
If for any reason you receive a damaged plumeria, we will replace it. But, please notify us within 24 hours with pictures of damage to receive a replacement.
If a Rooted plant dies within 45 days, we will replace it. As long as you follow our care instructions!
If a fresh cutting dies within 30 days we will replace it. As long as you follow our care instructions!
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes Paypal to process our refund request (1 day).
