    My husband brought our *** there for an oil change. A month later, it was saying low oil. I live in ******* part time, while I was away my apartment called saying my car was leaking oil so bad that I shouldnt even drive it because the car had lost so much oil. I flew back & brought it to get looked at. The diagnosis: the last place I had my oil changed stripped my oil pan where the cap screws in, $3,500 to replace the whole pan because it is plastic. Long story short, this oil place convinced me to bring it in so they could check real quick. If it was their fault, they would pay to replace the pan. They had my car for over an hour trying to plug it up. They refused to reimburse me $350 diagnostic fee I had to pay the service center at ***. They blamed the *** dealership saying they did something to my car. Which made zero sense. Yet they worked on my car for an hour, but according to them it had nothing to do with them. They also said when my car started leaking oil, they should have been the first place I went, not to an actual mechanic. I dont believe my car is fixed. I believe they plugged up the issue and were saving themselves $$. They told the guy at the *** dealership (they diagnosed my car) that this happens a lot and they started accepting less of these types of cars because of the issues that they cause. They caused a lot of damage to my car.
