  Carlos and Victoria were extremely helpful. I inherited a foreclosed property in 2023, and they managed to recover the money for us. The 15-minute call was definitely worth it.

  No issues with this company at all... I had scam contacted me. But I wanted to leave better review... The person that contact me was super nice and friendly... So I do believe this company has great staff... If I have to use them in future I know who to contact. They deserve a lot of stars thanks for being so nice and kind.

  Here's my detailed review of my experience:I wanted to provide a thorough review to share my experience and clarify that it's not a complaint, but rather a reflection of my confusion while using this site, especially considering my age of 64.Upon receiving a letter in the mail, I found the font size to be smaller than desired. Upon calling, I spoke with a gentleman named ****** or ****, who explained that I was owed money from the sale of my property, of which I was previously unaware. After signing the necessary documents, I received a call five weeks later confirming that the judge had approved the disbursement, followed shortly by receiving a **********: I received updates promptly, the process was easy to navigate, the staff explained everything thoroughly, and most importantly, I received the money owed to me.Cons: The font size in the initial letter was too small, particularly for older individuals like myself. Additionally, clearer instructions on how to leave a review on this site would be beneficial, as it proved to be somewhat complicated for me.

  I wanted to write a good review for these guys because they really helped me out. I had no idea I was heir to a property or that it had been auctioned. They made the process seamless. So glad I went with them over the other companies I was called by. The owner herself was available. Makes a huge difference in the level of service received.
