    I would not recommend S and V Flooring, as the owner states he is a licensed contractor, and he is not. His license is for Tile Installation only. The proper License and Insurance paperwork were provided to us, however when invoices for work done were given to us the paperwork stated Vectra Construction and Vectra Construction & Remolding. The work done in our condo, to repair damage from Hurricane Ian, was horrendous. Framing supports were missing in a few areas, cement board in the bathroom was installed backwards and drywall screws were used, drywall/ceiling texture was not professionally done, and plumbing was done incorrectly (wrong PEX lines and connectors in the bathrooms and kitchen, shower floor was not properly prepped and curb was not put in before the pan was installed, and shower pan was not long enough and had holes from sub-contractors stepping on it). Kitchen cabinet order came in missing a cabinet, spacers, and kick plates, bathroom vanity did not account for plumbing lines and is not usable, and we paid for high-end doors and Home Depot doors were delivered. We had to constantly ask for hardcopy estimates and all we got were verbal estimates. Very stressful when you are trying to plan a budget. Stay clear of S and V Flooring, Vectra Construction, and Vectra Construction & Remodeling, as the workmanship is less than desirable. A handyman would do a better job!
