    LLC E.......3 incriminates MMR DEVELOPMENT for:_ an execution period of 20 months (to date) without progress of the work:************* being unable to carry out the work.Meeting with ******************* on 07/06/2022 who was to take over and manage the contract.The situation has not changed since that date._ the lack of professionalism of ************* and its workers _ the money paid by LLC ERWANN3 and collected by ************** for work not carried out _ FALSE STATEMENTS to the CITY concerning the garage transformed into a room without authorization, which blocks the bathroom permit, even though we are in compliance._ filing of permits and documents with the City concerning bathroom 3, VOLUNTARY WRONG: window or door deliberately declared in turn for bathroom 3 so as not to obtain the permit and never do the work,_ its DEPLORABLE and UNFINISHED work for each of the sites,_ VOLUNTARY and CONTINUOUS damage to my home _ the defects WINDOWS AND BAY GLASSES _ the metal frame of the fixed window of the master bedroom was cut by ***********************, guy from *************. Several months passed with gaps between the walls and the window.Installed and left as is._all the finishing covers and glazing beads for the windows and patio doors, delivered with the windows, are missing.Boxes taken by *************. STEALS._ entrance window broken during installation: 11 month wait for replacement._No proof of conformity: the warranty sticker was taken from another window in the house and affixed to the installed window._ hidden defects to the City representative on windows and bay windows in order to obtain an inspection.

    They are an excellent and responsive company. ********************, their leader provides excellence in communication and attention to details. the work ethics and professionalism is totally upscale and *******. A company to where most of the workers speak English and do prestigious fine quality work. We are proud of the choice to work do our home in *************** by Whiskey Creek with MMR Development Corp. We would most definitely higher them again to future jobs and will refer them to our friends and family. Thank you for an excellent Job!

    Above all, do not work with MMR development and in particular with the contractor ***********************. He takes your money, does a horrible job, and doesn't finish his jobs.No help to expect from management, no answers to mail and phone. Neither ***; nor ******************** can be reached Lamentable and phantom society.Nothing is over, everything is ransacked, bathroom started over 7 times and good to redo; cut window; sizing errors....Unprofessional staff. No protection, the floors are good to redo. He doesn't run his insurance; to know if there is still one. As he spends other than for your site, the money you give him he deposits non-compliant permits, in order to postpone the work. He proposes to deposit a permit and to destroy the wall after the inspections putting you in all illegality. Construction started more than a year ago. *********************** is INCOMPETENT; dishonest and liar
