    Paid for MS ******* and received email with product key. The product loaded, but I was unable to activate it through ********** Phoned Digital Maze three times, each time getting a message that they weren't available. emailed their help desk, but never received a response. Ended up challenging the charge on my card to get a credit.

    I tend to be leary about ecommerce vendors that I have had no experience with, but looked at the BBB reviews and decided to purchase Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 from Digital Maze. The price for the software was very competitive. I placed my order and promptly received my order receipt and then, one minute later, an email with the product key and instructions arrived. The instructions were detailed, very accurate and easy to follow. Install was flawless. No issues encountered and thus far, all seems fine.
