  Best place ever. They are the best. They are so sweet and always available for questions. They always give you the best deal. They have sheds in all shapes and sizes. They give you time to decide and when you do you know it is the right one. Go see for your self. You will not regret it.

  Do not buy from Probuilt!! If you have bought a gazebo from them recently, take a closer look. For over 3 weeks we have been stuck with a gazebo that failed inspection because it wasn't built to the submitted plans. As it currently sits the building doesn't offer the wind rating that we were sold. No one at Probuilt wants to talk to us. ****** our sales *** promises to get information and get back to **, but we never hear from him. After complaining we did receive a call from Rod only to find out that they have this issue with multiple units. He said they are working on an engineering fix to make it pass, then they will resubmit plans to the city/county, then they can make the fix, and get reinspection's. The fix sounds like an eyesore - We asked for the plans, but they have not shared them as promised. We may or may not end up with a structure with the wind rating that was promised. How are we supposed to trust their engineers? These are the same people that couldn't build it to their own specifications. The same people that would not return our calls after the failed inspection. For all we know they will change to specs with the city, it passes inspection, and we are stuck with a substandard product. We have been kept in the dark, our calls are ignored, and our questions go unanswered. We can't decorate, landscape around, or enjoy our gazebo. The only solution offered to us is a re-work with no time frame. By the time they get the engineering, resubmit for approval, obtain approval, rework, and final inspection we could be looking months of waiting before we can use what we paid for. We have been offered nothing in compensation and made to feel like we are just a bother when we try to reach out to the company. It seems like are major inconvenience to the company. We researched this company before purchasing but they have not lived up to their prior ***utation. They are more interested in a cheap fix rather than making it right.

  Probuilt structures came out and put up our shed. *** the guy that I dealt with and his partner were very efficient and polite they listened to what I said and did a very lovely job.   AVOID ProBuilt Structures at all costs!! Extremely poor experience at every turn with these guys-From the manager to the salesman, just terrible. Once they have your money, good luck dealing with their non-existent customer service--Ended up cancelling/refunding our shed order/install and went with another company-Very happy with the new company and got things done in half the time with great follow-up customer service.

  Dear Mr. *****, We regret that your experience falls short of your expectations of a 5 star experience. We acknowledge your project did not progress to your expectations and you feel that you had a bad experience. With over 4000 completed projects as a Florida State Licensed Contractor that specializes in turn key sheds, garages, steel buildings, we strive to provide top notch products and service to our customers. Upon purchase, you requested we get the permit for your 12x16 shed. After canceling our sale, you state that you had another company get it done in half the time. We researched how they obtained your permits and installed a shed quickly. However, after contacting the building department, they verified that there is no record of any permit pulled for a shed on your property. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and ask that you reconsider where you direct your frustration. We work professionally and within industry standard expectations, and feel your statements are a reaction to information you didn’t like and the timeframe of the permitting department, of which we have no control, as evidenced by your placement of your shed without a permit. While all businesses have room for improvement, we do not feel it is fair to compare us, a Florida Certified Contractor, to a company that did not do what is legally required, and what you asked of us, for your 12x16 shed installation. We desire to educate our customers on permits, and at the time of purchase you signed a paper with a large heading, stating: “The Permitting process can take several weeks. During this time Probuilt is often waiting on county departments, suppliers and manufacturers. Unless we need more information from you, you will not hear anything from us during this time period.” Your permit application was delayed 4 weeks due to us waiting for you to provide the location of where you wanted the shed on your property. We received the site location on Saturday, 6/10, drafted and sent the final site plan for your approval on Monday, 6/12, and submitted your zoning permit on 6/14. The permit was applied for within 2 working days from receipt of your information. Furthermore, your property is waterfront and includes wetlands, requiring additional surveys and plans beyond a standard permit. The surveys you provided did not include the specific required Wetland Delineation lines, among other items, requiring them to be resubmitted, therefore setting the permitting back even further. We contacted on several occasions to obtain additional required information. We recognize that you feel not hearing from us while we wait for answers from the county was us not giving you service, even though you were informed upfront about permit timing and communication from municipalities. A review of our detailed sale notes, emails, and phone logs provided evidence that our company was in contact or left messages with you no less than 17 times after your sale and during the permitting. Also, we called, left messages, or emailed the permitting department no less than 12 times on your behalf. We work diligently to provide our services, even though customers don’t see what goes on in our offices or hear from us on a daily basis. It's crucial to note, many building departments have gone to online permitting and some no longer take direct phone calls or walk-ins, limiting communication about specific permits to their online permit portal, leaving voicemails, or sending emails. This leaves us waiting to hear back from building departments at their discretion. Responses can take days or more. No one is more frustrated than we are when this happens, as we are caught in the middle. It is important to note that we do not collect or make anything until your job is done, which gives an added incentive to get your permits asap. In the future we will strive to help our customers understand permitting and communication time frames from us and municipalities.
