    I had problems with my 2012 Grand Cherokee. Thank goodness *** and his staff were there to help me. It was a problem with my transmission. They diagnosed it and repaired it. *** was very honest and kept me informed of what needed to be done. He got me back on the road again! I would highly recommend *** and his staff at Aamco. ****************

    Horrible customer service and horrible service in general. we brought our car in because it wouldn't start, they did a diagnosis and misdiagnosed the car and repaired the wrong parts, after returning the car to us the same problem persisted. We called them up and explained we believed the car was falsely diagnosed and the wrong thing was repaired. We were instructed to bring it in so they could diagnose it again, we bring it in they diagnose a tell us what we already knew, that the alternator wasn't charging the battery. *** the owner preceded to belittle the female car owner telling her if she doesn't know about cars she should get someone who does, calling her a liar and telling her that problem which we originally brought it in didn't exist when we brought the car in and refused to take any ownership for his and his teams failure to correctly repair the car.
