      *********************. Ordered from them on 1/12/25, and I havent received my order. Emailed them as well as messaged them on Instagram with no answer. Im in the process of having my money refunded to my bank account. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL *************

      Placed an order on Nov 27th for a dress & never got order not even a message about my order. Its still saying shipping in process & its December now. All contact info is unreachable. I just want my money back for a item I never received & paid rush delivery on

      This is NOT a four or five star establishment. Signs on the window state it open at ******. I sat here and waited until after 1p.m., no one arrived. I have made several attempts to reach out and speak to someone in person, via phone, and email to no avail, but they withdrew the funds from my account ASAP. This is the problem I have with supporting some "black businesses ." They are unprofessional, not on time, but want to get paid and quick to say no refunds/exchanges only. You don't really love what you do. You love having the title of entrepreneurs and insta baddie, but the service is horrible. Order placed no updates on shipping. Stopped responding via text. Does not respond to emails. Seven days later there have been no updates as to the shipping of the item. This place should not be in business.

      Worst Company. If I could rate them Zero stars I would. I spent $75 on an outfit I did receive it but I had to return it because it was damage and not my size. They told me to send it back at my own expense and they will send me a replacement outfit. Once I gave them the tracking they emailed me letting me know they received the package but they never sent me a replacement outfit, in store credit, or refund. I went to look for a social media page and I commented giving my complaint and they deleted it. I never got my issue resolved.

      Worst company ever I will never order from the website again the lack of professionalism should be the reason she is no longer in business. Its no way it should take 20 days from the original order date for my items to be shipped. Still havent received any packages the website states in transit but yet yall are about to withdraw the next payment out of my account for merchandise I have yet to receive. Then yall are ignoring my email never again Ive never had ANY issues with any other online clothing sites so this is the first and last time.
