      They are a scam product does not work sent the product back never opened and was only refunded 64 dollars after they took 100 dollars when I called I was hung up on twice and told something about a bull **** restocking fee I was never told about and when I told the tynat they said I never asked !!!! There has to be a way to stop these scammers people work hard for there money and to have it taken under ba circumstances is wrong

      I ordered one bottle gummies and received five. So $79 turned into $199 unauthorized. They tried to send me five more and charge me another $199 but I was able to stop the order after three phone calls and one email. This company needs a class action lawsuit to be brought against them to stop this fraudulent activity.

      I ordered a trial of Keto Gummies. The terms and conditions weren't clear. The product did not meet my needs so I didn't want to continue. The automatic shipment came unexpectedly. The time to cancel was not clear. I blocked payment. Cancel the account from your records.

      I ordered thinking it was a one time order. To my surprise I received another five bottles and. Charge of $199.00 on my credit card. No paperwork received with contact information to cancel. Please cancel my order and would like my money refunded. Thank you. Jill S

      I have been charged again for a product I do not want. I have tried getting in touch with this company and the phone is busy or disconnected. I would send the product back but you cannot read the address. Had to contact the bank and tell them to block from any further charges. Please refund

      What a scam! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!I think this borders on SCAM! Is this an elder scam? Seems like all the complaints are elderly, which includes me. I'm 66. Is that considered some kind of special SCAM?I had ordered this product on purpose once in 2022 and found out as I was taking it, it raised my blood sugar. I'm a diabetic. So I quit the Gummies.Fast forward to late April 2023 and I received a call from the sales department. He wanted me to order again. I said NO, and I continued to say no several more times.I thought NO at least 3 times would work. Apparently not!Imagine my surprise when I found a charge on my May 2023 bank account for $129.99!I called the company and was told to return the package. I couldn't return it because I didn't receive anything from them. She repeatedly said I had to return the package. How can I return something I didn't receive?I repeatedly told her that I had not received the package but to no avail.Finally, after a LONG argument, I was told that they would not issue a refund because the 30 day refund period was up.My subscription has been canceled (so they say) and I have a package that I did receive (per subscription, that I did not agree to) going to the ************ today 6/26/2023.I just want my money back!RUN FROM THIS SCAM!*****************************

      These people are stealing money from me. I bought something from them one time and they continue to charge my card for a subscription I never signed up for. The one time I bought gummies it was for under $100 and now they are charging my card for $199 repeatedly. I've contacted my card company and put a stop payment on them. They just sent another batch of product I didn't buy! Help me please! These people are criminals.

      I ordered your product believing it was a one time purchase however I was surprised to see I was charged $199.00 again this month. I do not want your product. I tried to cancel my subscription but you area a hard company to find on the internet. Could not find your information anywhere to cancel so I have no choice but to leave this complaint. Please refund me my money and cancel my subscription. Thank you
