    Many of our valuable belongings were missing after using this companys packing and moving services (cash, jewelry, designer purses, and more). Also, they poorly reassembled our bed frame and damaged it.

    This customer was moved over a year and a half ago, they contacted us one time in regards to a missing pendant of a necklace. They were advised to go through all boxes and pull the drawers out of the nightstands to see if it had fell behind something in transit. We advised them if they were not able to locate it that we would open an investigation and involve local authorities to get the matter resolved. We never heard anything from them again for a year and a half and they are just now starting to post false reviews on all of our platforms Without ever contacting us to try and get anything resolved for a year and a half.

    My husband and I reached out to the owner one week after the move about several missing items (not just the pendant). The owner stated that he knew nothing about it and that maybe the items would turn up (even mentioned that other clients thought that their items were missing in the past but they usually found them). At the time, we had a lot going on in our lives and chose not to add more to our plates by starting an investigation. We thought and prayed long and hard before leaving this review because we understand this is a local business, but we also want others to be warned. Some of the items were very sentimental to us and wed hate for this to happen to others. There is nothing false about our reviews and maybe this was an isolated incident. Nevertheless, something happened to our items that were seen just before we entrusted them to this company and never to be seen by us again.
