    HORRIBLE customer service. Buyer Be Ware!!! I purchased the T-Mobile internet package, ordered the equipment, and paid for it up front. I was told I would get a full refund if not satisfied and returned the equipment within 2 weeks. I did so, and got a confirmation email the rebate was being processed. Since then I have two monthly bills showing a partial negative amount, and no refund. I called the number only to be told my PIN was not valid and I had to go to a store for help. I did so, and after a long phone call by the manager, I was told they will not reset my PIN, but I would get a full credit on my card for what I paid. Any future concerns I have to go back to the store because they won't help me without a valid PIN, and they refuse to reset that. I have never talked with such rude and incompetent service people in my life. Refusing to reset a security PIN for your own store manager who verified my identity in person is beyond ******, it is actually a security concern. That account belongs to me, I set it up, and with proper verification, I shoud be able to edit/update all security related features including the PIN and PASSWORD. Now you expect me to only do business at your store after I show a drivers license over and over? Way beyond stupid. I will NEVER do business with, or recommend, T-Mobile to any of my family, friends, business associates, or peers. Totally unacceptable the way I was treated. I would have left 0 stars if that was an option
