  I had Atlas Mobile Home Services based in Largo, FL work on my mother's mobile home, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. My mother called Atlas for an assessment of her home, and they identified that the home was sinking and part of the floor was warping under the tile. They began their work on January 10, 2025. The work under the home was to be 4 new beams and 16 piers but only took the guys less than an hour to complete, and still having issues. When they started working on the subfloor, it was a mess. My mother had to pick out and purchase separately all new tile, even though the floor had just been redone before she purchased the mobile home prior to the hurricanes. After completing their work, my mother noticed that the extra tile she had ordered was missing. When she inquired about it, she was told the tile was thrown away by the young men doing the work, 1 full box and 3 loose planks. This was an inconvenience, as my mother had to go buy additional tile. My mother was promised pictures of all the work before and after so she could file with FEMA. However, she has yet to receive these pictures, despite multiple follow-ups. Damage to Property: During their work, two mirrors in her living room were broken. My mother received an estimate to replace the mirrors and spoke to Caden from Atlas, who said he would also like to get an estimate. She scheduled an appointment for the company they wanted to quote, but they never showed up. Despite being told "the check is in the mail," she has yet to receive any compensation for the mirrors after numerous calls and emails. Ongoing Issues: Now, my mother is experiencing issues with her floor again. Despite reaching out to an investor who looked into the matter, we have received no resolution. Please beware of this company and do your research before hiring them. It seems they may be taking advantage of elderly people, and their customer service and follow-through are severely lacking.

  I really enjoyed talking with ****** on the phone and the appraisal I got from ***** they did a great job installing my vapor barrier.
