      Has the appearance of an unbelievable scam. Received a signed offer for our land for $120,127.37 out of the blue when the land and home on it are valued in excess of $1.1 million. Treat with caution, as looks like someone trying to exploit people.

      What a scam, dishonest, piece of work company. I received a letter with a quote and followed it up with a phone call where I asked a lot of questions. After the call I had a appointment with a title company they claimed to used and spoke with the agent at length about the process. The agent pulled some comps for me that showed the offer was low but close to the property value. I then pulled info on the property...Original land description when purchased by me, improvements made, historical facts about the property. Before I had a chance to present these and negotiate a higher price, I received a text message stating the the offer was no longer valid and a new offer for a fraction of the original offer would be available should I be interested. My time and efforts were wasted and I feel scammed. Don't waste your time and energy talking with Tyler C********* and his dishonest company.
