  This is my second time within a year that ive had an issue at this location. It is clear that this location is run by young teens. I issued a complaint online with Skyzone only to receive a phone call days later from someone from their company who was rude and disrespectful. The first comment the lady stated was "well your $370.00 party is nothing compared to my ***** one that I have setup for tomorrow." Who says things like that? Not to mention I didn't receive any assistance for the party room. They want to charge you all that money for 1 hour, and dictate when you're allowed to use it. Lol. I clearly did not pay $370.00 for 1 hour of time when I reserved 6-8pm. You gave 5 people out of party wristbands, what happened to the other half of my guests? Why were they not provided what I paid for? They also will sit there and tell you "everything was provided in a email." SCAM. I personally walked into their location to make my reservation and none of this info was provided prior to making my DEPOSIT that day. You preach you take care of your employees yet the **** you hire that are anywhere from ***** years old (based off my personal opinion/ along with every adult that attended my party was in agreence) arent of any assistance to any of the little kids that run around this facility that need help. Other families have made similar complaints that all this company does is "threathen to trepass" anyone if they dare complain about how someone does their job. Not to mention a phone from someone in my party was stolen, and yet once we tracked it and texted the phone itself from another number stating " I see you moving with the phone good try YOURE TRACKED"... finally someone at your front desk confessed by reaching for it behind the front desk ( where it was the entire time). Sad times for Skyzone. No one is watching any of these young children go out the door unattended. They simply do not CARE Do better as a company.

  ******* has been banned from our facility indefinitely. She will not have issues with our establishment again in the future, as she is no longer allowed on the premises. She violently threatened our staff and we have a zero tolerance policy for this behavior. We will not respond to further communication from ******* as we have the right to refuse service to her and are choosing to utilize this right. Thank you!

  Sky zone was such a great experience! I took me and my friends out for a day trip and I loved it. There was so much to do and I loved the time there. Definitely will be visiting again

  I came here with my nieces and nephews and we had a great time there, we had the coupons from ******** and we just had to get socks (the socks are also very cute) the food and service was great, we will definitely be returning!

  We paid over $500 for a party which was to include a host, cutlery, plates, napkins, cups, drinks, pizza, 90 minutes of jump time and a room. When my guests started to arrive there was no one at the front desk to check them in. This was cutting into the jump time. It took at least 15 minutes for someone to come back up front. She said "hold on ill be right back" another 5 minutes passed and a guy came out. We told him we are trying to check in the kids so they can start jumping. Wasted 20 minutes of jump time. When we got the room we were not supplied with anything. No cups, napkins, plates. Nothing. It looked a mess. It was not wiped down or sanitized from the last party. We had to clean. We had to go and get our own cups, napkins, cutlery. We looked through cabinets to find our own stuff. A young man ended up coming in and telling us that our party host got busy with another party so we wouldnt have a host and that he would help. to show our gratitude for helping when no one else would - we tipped him $40. Only AFTER we found our own things did they bring the items they claim to provide. We were all upset with the experience we had after spending over $500. When trying to express it to the owner she had a poor attitude. She did not hear our complaint. When asking to speak to someone higher she said "this is my family business". She was snobby and did not want to help from the start. I had over 25 people there. WE ALL saw that she did not want to help rectify the situation so they got angry. We gave a google review to warn others and the "owner" went out of her way to tell us we didnt deserve a response back. She was condescending and did not even apologize for our experience. She made it a point to explain her family history but did not touch base on any of our concerns. NEVER BOOK a party here. listen to all the reviews that say unorganized, bad management, ran by kids who dont unforce rules, filthy. A simple apology would have done wonders.
