  Highly recommend ***'s Custom Granite to anyone shopping around. Quality workmanship that is gorgeous.Competitive pricing, family run business. ***** in office will assist you in finding quartz or send you to wholesale warehouse to choose. All workers are clean and professional.We have used them for 2 kitchen's and 2 baths. You can't go wrong here.Huge thank you to ******************** and ***** for hard honest work pays off!

  Hands down I would recommend Rays Custom Granite to anyone who's remodeling a kitchen or bathroom .. or just "sprucing up" their space.
  The girls in the office were knowledgeable & personable. They answered any & all questions that I had. I saw a lot of contractors coming in, so I think they probably are use to dealing with people who work in the remodeling & home building industry. However they seemed happy to help the general public as well. It's clear that they know what their doing, as I saw employees from *********** bringing in paperwork for bathroom projects. So it's obvious that they work with reputable companies. They had the best prices in Pinellas County. The day of installation, they couldn't give me an "exact time" as I was the 3rd appointment for the day, but that was fine ... after all I was getting custom countertops, & I had no problem waiting for them to arrive. When you order furniture, the big name store makes you wait all day. Some things you just have to wait for. In a world where everything is instant, it reminded me that I wasn't ordering countertops from Amazon lol.
  My bathroom & kitchen both turned out amazing! It was worth every penny spent. Thanks to the girls in the office & the guys in the shop, I now have my dream house completed. Dealing with Rays Custom Granite was the easiest part of my entire home remodel.

  You Were Such An Easy Customer To Work With. You Are Correct We Are Use To Working With Contractors Who Are Very Aware Of The Way The Process Works. Some Times When Dealing With The Public, We Assume They're Also Aware Of The Process. We Don't Know What A Customer's Knowledge Is Or Isn't When It Comes To Countertops. However We're Always Happy To Answer Any Questions That A Customer Has. There's A Lot Involved When It Comes To Creating A Custom Countertop For A Client. We Try Our Best To Keep Everyone Informed.   Rays was recommended to us by some friends. After reading the BBB reviews we were a bit nervous, however we decided to go with them anyway. We're happy that we did not base our decision off of the "Karen(s)" who left reviews. "Rays" never asked us to pay ( in full ) upfront. They only asked us to pay for the material upfront, so they could order our slabs. My husband & I picked a Quartzite from a local warehouse & Rays ordered our slabs. When you see material at the warehouse, "Rays" staff is not at the warehouse with you. They had no way of knowing the "exact slab" that we saw. Some slabs have lot #'s. Apparently those numbers are important, as each lot# looks a little different. So we stopped by the shop to view our Quartzite before it was cut. We started out with a contractor, so our original invoice was sent to him. We fired the contractor & delt with "Rays" directly. Our invoice didn't state anything about non-refundable "template fee" either, however that's because that info was on the Original Invoice (that our contractor had). We assume this is probably the case with the "refund complaint" on BBB. We asked "Rays" to print us off a copy of the original estimate/invoice, given to our contractor & sure enough (non-refundable) template fee is listed. We had no problem paying for a template fee, as we believe people should be paid for the work they do. We also got a call on a Friday, after hours. Apparently "Rays" staff stays late on Fridays to touch base with client who typically work until 5/6pm. We appreciated them staying late to communicate with us, as I don't get home until 5:30 & my husband gets home at 6:30. Rays went above & beyond to give us the most beautiful kitchen, including a waterfall edge & full height backsplash. Some people you can never make happy, so you can't always believe the negative reviews. The motto "the customer is always right" is NOT true! Rays staff was professional, knowledge, personable & extremely helpful. I Recommend them 100%

  Rays Custom Granite is by far, the best contractor I have had the pleasure to hire. This company goes well and beyond to satisfy you. The personnel involved are personable, trustworthy and communicate well throughout the process. Rays Custom granite has fair prices, performs excellent work and is on time and stays within budget. Rays cut and fabricated all the granite countertops and backsplashes on my total kitchen replacement project. Dealing with Rays, was the best part as they do excellent work with no surprises and I highly recommend them
