The company assured me the technician would have a truck mounted unit. When he arrived with a portable unit in the back of his pickup truck he claimed it was truck mounted. The previous year they sent another technician with a portable unit despite assuring me it was truck mounted. That technician did a good job so I permitted the current technician to continue. Instead of the $149 for the whole house he said it would be $470 because there was a lot of prestaining to do and three area rugs. One thick white area rug the previous technician said he could not do and needed to be sent to a shop but the current technician assured me it would look like new when he finished. The technician worked for close to 3 hours, but was unable to remove many spots in the den. He said they were permanent and he tried various chemicals on them and none of them could get those stains out. The next day I spent 40 minutes removing those "permanent" stains with a can of Woolite and brush. The white carpet was pure white under a bed, but the areas out of the bed were dirty. When the technician finished the whole carpet was a light brown. A friend of mine who used to clean carpets said his machine probably just spread the dirt around. When the technician finished, or I should say stopped working he demanded $470 in cash or check made out to him despite the fact that Green Carpet Cleaning stated they accept ***** The technician refused to come back and make another attempt to clean the white carpet as requested and the company refuses to send someone else to clean the white carpet. They also refuse to pay me the $130 that ********************** wants to come and clean the carpet with the more powerful truck mounted unit despite the fact that they advertise satisfaction guaranteed! It appears that the company is operating illegally in my village because neither Green Carpet Cleaning nor the technician they sent is licensed to do business in our village

Like the others this company is a scam and the name can't be found anywhere but on the phony website. On the site it said 69.00 for dryer vent cleaning. I called and the operator said 69.00 for full service. I wasn't home when they came to do it so my wife thought I knew there scam. 69.00 was for 15 feet that's what the tech told her. She thought I knew and allowed him to co.tinue . 269.00 later it was cleaned . I cannot believe they did this . I never in 20 years of home ownership spent over 100.00 to clean the dryer vent. They took advantage of my wife I can only imagine what they do to the elderly . They have to be put out of business .
