    Absolute criminals. Do not ever work with this company. They are rip off artists. The locksmith I worked with was guilty of a bait and switch where he showed up with the wrong lock and no batteries, didnt even know what batteries were needed and asked me to buy them for him. Since I had driven for an hour and was under a time crunch to protect my property, I mistakenly agreed to proceed. After the install, they charged $650! Two days later I bought the correct lock asked them to install it and simultaneously return the incorrect lock for a refund. They refused! Never hire them!

    i paid $220 for two key fogs and only one work. very bad business and unprofessional services I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Charged my daughter $180 for a simple opening of the car door to retrieve her keys. Arrived over an hour and half later than the expected time. Drove a junky plain white van without many tools. Didn’t give her a receipt. Demanded Venmo to him not a company. Absolutely pathetic! Do not use!

    They use bait and switch practices. When I told the technician I wasnt going to pay and I would call the cops so we can make a report and he can file a small claims case against, me he got in his car and took off.

    Do not do business with this company.The key FOB they made for me stopped working completely after a week. I have been calling them to make a new FAB or return my money. They keep coming up with excuses and not showing up after promising to come. Make sure not to pay them with cash. They like to have cash so you would not dispute the credit card charge.Their latest excuse "It is not the FOB it is mechanical issues with the car". They wanted me to take the car to a mechanic and get a letter from him stating that it is not the car. I sent them a video with the car starting with my old key. Waiting to hear what other excuses they will come up with.Worst ever.
