      If I could give less than one star review for this company, I would. They came out and sold us on resanding and sealing our pool deck with the current bricks that we have. When the worker showed up to clean the pool deck, he was using dollar store bleach. And when I approached him and said you should be using something stronger like sodium hyperchloride because I do pressure washing he stated he does this and this is good enough. I again told the worker that it is not good enough. They then use the wrong color sand and then argued about it with us, until we had to get the owner of the company on the phone who was conveniently out of town every time we try to speak to him, while he was on the phone with us he was very condescending and active just like a used car salesman. He kept saying I have 35 years in this business and I know what I’m doing. Well, he must be doing it wrong for 35 years because the job is worse than it was in the beginning, and they refused to honor their warranty that they offered us on the sealant. We voiced our concerns with certain areas to the worker and the owner assured us that they’re cleaning methods and ceiling products would withstand the algae from coming coming back. It was back within two months. When we reached out about this concern, they said they would come fix it and never showed up. They gave us the runaround for months told us to get another company to look at the work, and then call them because they know what they are doing. When requested the last day that the worker was on the property to fix any issues, the owner refused to provide the date after multiple attempts. It has threatened us with legal action for us asking when the last time they were on the property and pushing the issue for them to honor their warranty. This guy is a crook. We have tried multiple times to reach out to him and his company and they refuse to reach back out to us.
