    I placed an order on 01/11/2024, since I've ordered from them before I was expecting a long wait. Unfortunately, this company is the only one that makes this particular item.While I was waiting the credit card I used was stolen, since they charge initially for the part before customizing I attempted to contact them to add a new card.They tip toed around, telling me my order was processing, but not once in several attempts did they acknowledge me trying to add a new card.The final request I sent they didn't even respond, so today I sent them another email cancelling the order.I waited for nearly 5 months, other companies that make similar items have a turn around in 3-4 weeks!Their work is spot on when you receive it, the wait is nearly worth the wait.However, the lack of customer service is troubling to say the least. I've never done business with a company that takes customer service so lightly.
