      I had a doctors appointment with ****************** last Friday. There must have been a major miscommunication because it was my understanding that my appointment was in the *************** When I arrived to the ******, I discovered they were closed. I reached out to them and discovered that my appointment was at the *********************************. I advised them I would be 10 minutes late. The representative said she would let the nurse know. After I was more than halfway there, I received a phone call from another woman and was told the doctor would not see me if I was going to be late. I explained the situation again and advised that I would only be 10 minutes late. She made every excuse in the book and told me he would not see me and that I needed to reschedule. I advised her that I had never encountered such an unprofessional doctor's ****** before. I told her that the doctor probably would have kept me waiting for at least 30 minutes but he is unable to wait 10 minutes to see me when I have a medical diagnosis that requires further evaluation asap. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment to be turned away. I will never set foot in this ****** and will look for another practice.
