    The business has closed down. We have paid for doors and they have not been installed. The business has closed down with zero notice to anyone. No one is answering phone calls, all emails have been turned off and their store front is shut down.

    On 5/24/24 we put a down payment on a door replacement at Dream Doors. About two weeks later ******* the representative came out to do measurements. As of today we have not heard anything by phone or email. We attempted several calls on *******’s phone as well as ******. Both numbers are now disconnected. We went by the showroom on 9/14/2024 and there was a note explaining an unfortunate circumstance and an email for any communication. I emailed them and it came back non deliverable.

    Dream Doors and Windows is not returing our phone calls (or emails) and their business shows up as "permanently closed" on Google. The doors we ordered through them (and payed a deposit for) are supposed to arrive this month and the remaining portion of our remodel cannot commence until after the doors are installed. If the doors are further delayed it will impact our remodel schedule and add to our costs. We have no idea what is going on.
