    I took my laptop in for ********** would not charge but powered on and operated just fine. When I tokk it to them, it had 1/2 charge where they could see that it would operate just fine, just not charge. approx ****** later, I get it back, the wifi was not working. Plus I had two operating systems on the laptop. *** I got it back, only one operating system was present on the machine. I was told that they opened the computer to reset the motherboard because it would not boot up! Strange, it did when I droppedot off! I used to own and operate a Computer repair business, I defenatly would have checked it out to make sure it was working as it was when it came in! The wifi not operating was just as simple as checking the Device Manager and re-installing the driver. Why was the driver missing!! I dont know. The duel software, I had to re-install Ubuntu Linux, again, Why?? I dont know but I do know I will never use them again. I would be ashamed to hand a customers ********************** back like this. ****, supposedley, the power supply was bad, as I stated above, I owned a computer business, I checked the power supply with my Multitester, it was fine.
