Apex seal coatings came out to our locations, took some measurements and the next day I got the quote. The price was better then fair and the quote stated all the services I needed completed. Not only was everything explained to me verbally, but the quote was detailed & pictures attached to the quote. We hired Apex and was very satisfied with the job. We highly recommend them & will be using them on all our properties.

I hired this company to do a re-seal in a parking lot in a commercial property. They were very diligent in scheduling the job and getting paid. After the job was completed everything seemed fine but a couple of days later it rained and you could see how poorly was the job done. I hired them to fill out holes and re-seal, they re-sealed property but on top of the holes and only filled out one hole in a very poor manner. They did not quote me based on a inspection but based on Google search which of course is not accurate (they did not disclose this to me when they quoted it). The first rain we had after completion , we noticed the puddles of water form around the same holes. The owner contacted me after me asking for the job to be completed properly and he denies to do the job properly. He agreed to do certain amount of sq/ft and he did less than that and is not willing to go back and do the job properly. I paid them $10,000 for the job and I still will have to hire somebody else to finish what they did poorly. The owner denies responsibility even though in the job description it says they will filled up all holes. He said that he only quoted for one hole even though the job description says holes in general. The holes are lined up in the same area, so I do not understand how a company can just do one hole when it is evident that multiple holes are needed. I never asked them to do one hole, I told them I have a few holes and needed to patch them before the re-seal. They agreed with the job in writing and still did not do them. I tried to get into the agreement but the owner denies to complete the job even though I showed them evidence of the contract and job description. If they misunderstood and manager was not there to make sure the job was completed as described it is their responsibility as contractors, not ours.
