- At Precise Services, the satisfaction of our Customers is of extreme importance to us. This refund policy document outlines our refund policy and how it is used.
It is our Customers duty and responsibility to inspect all cleaned areas before Precise Services technicians leave the premises for spots, stains, etc., and approve of the cleaning.
Once our technicians finish cleaning the surface area, we ask our Customers to inspect the area for any stains. We do not leave until all stains are removed to a degree that the Customer is satisfied.
In some cases stains may reappear after the cleaned area has fully dried. In the event that the stain does reappear within three days after Precise Services professionals have cleaned the area, Precise Services will come clean out and treat the reappearing stain area only for free. However, Precise Services is not liable for stains that occur after the three day period.
* We do not offer any form of Cancellation Policy.
** We do not offer any form of Delivery Policy, since we provide our services at our client's location. Nothing is being shipped.
