      I have only dealt with one other company with such bad customer service, so bad I have to get the States Attorney General involved. No one answers the phone, I never got an invoice, the only one to reply to my email was shipping and all they told me was my part is coming from *******I sure DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO CHARGE MY CC.NO, I do not recamond them. If I could give them no stars that's what I would give them. Pass ****** off.

      We have repeatedly assisted this customer, but unfortunately, she is not happy with any of the assistance given to her. We are an online operation and support is provided to her in that format. She ordered a part no longer made for an old tractor - it was a special order - coming from ******. Ordered in the late evening of August 11th, the part was delivered on the 19th of August - the customer is upset to have to wait 7 days for delivery of this special ordered, no longer made part, not available in the **.

      Ordering is not meant to be as difficult as she has made it out to be and everything is recorded in your account, including messages with status updates and tracking numbers. She can log in at anytime and retrieve any information she wants, including invoice. Unfortunately, she has not been happy with any assistance, in any form and we will proudly stand by all of our service and teams even if repeated to the President of the United States. We have been in business online for many years with thousands of happy customers and do not represent to be anything we are not.

      Same story as the others. Bought winch motor and their application was wrong. No response to RMA form and no way to contact them except through website. I am disputing the charge on my **** hoping they will actually do something about this fraudulent company. Just tried the phone number listed to the right and it is no longer is service. Imagine that!!! Live and learn.Only leaving one star because you can't submit this with ZERO stars!

      Bought the wrong starter and went to the vendors webpage and filled out the return request and they state they will respond with return shipping information within 24 hours. Well it never happened after 3 separate attempts. I tried sending emails on their contact us website. That too failed. Then I tried calling and there is no way to actually talk to anyone. All the options, take you to a recording and when the recording is finished, the phone hangs up. Warning don't buy from this rip-off company. They are scam artist and their products are Chinese Junk.

      I sent an alternator back n when my refund was denied I couldnt believe it the bolt on the regulator was bent the wire was pinched n they said it was seized up witch is bull cause I didnt even us is I put it right back in the ********** it back they are definitely scamming people on refunds never will I give my business to them again
