Robert and his team did an excellent job with replacing our roof. Robert came to our home and explained in great detail the whole process and took into account our choices, needs and came up with a plan and price to accommodate us. They did a phenomenal job!My home was in **********, **. I was selling my home and needed the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. From start to finish it only took his guys 2.5 days. The guys were respectful of my landscaping and clean as the went along Robert Pond was on target with every step of the project, from permits through inspections He is easy to work with- He is honest and fair with his pricing. Robert is a no nonsense honorable contractors a true professional. As a retired business owner, I could respected & appreciate his direct nature. I found Coast-to-Coast Homeshield through ****, to have my roof replaced. Roof costs soared to nearly $4000 above the original estimate. I was disappointed in the lack of knowledge ************ had in trying to figure out how and where to install hurricane straps. A wind mitigation inspector was hired to educate both ************ and myself (I'm not a roofer) as to if he did a satisfactory job or not. Coast-to-Coast Homeshield was a low bidder, but not worth the money.

My crew perfectly installed the wind mitigation straps. Mr. ********** had a very large amount of rotten wood and rotten framing that was all replaced for a very reasonable price. The price for rotten decking and framing replacement is on the front of the contract. The price has been the same for 10years which is far below current average pricing. At the time of payment this was all explained in detail. This complaint has come in months after job was complete. At the time homeowner thanked me a shook my hand. Whats most important is that its a job done right, not the cheapest in town.

Coast-To-Coast Homeshield did an excellent job putting up metal fascia on our home and taking care of other miscellaneous construction needs. They were well-priced, worked hard, listened and answered all my questions, cleaned up each day, and followed through. We would use them again and have recommended them to others.
