    I purchased a warranty from a certified ***** dealership. *** never bought a used vehicle and had to finance for one, *** always leased or bought out right. So I would know better to get a power train warranty which *** agreed on. Come to find out transmission problems had to pay 1000 out of pocket then was quoted a warranty after I paid for the repairs. Come find out didnt have a warranty it was just to cover windshield and tire something I can cover on my own. Now Im stuck paying 1000 dollars a month behind on my payment with 11k in repairs mind you this truck is only 5 years old. I want a refund for this fake warranty or repairs done with a power train warranty ***** said I declined the warranty not true

    I have been with this company Since 2022. I signed a 5 year, ****** mile contract. I have been completely satisfied with the service and the coverages on my vehicle. **************** is outstanding. Everything that went wrong with my car has been handled completely, as stated in the contract. I'm nearing the end of the contract, so I contacted the office. I was offered another program, which I am going to take advantage of. I highly recommend Complete Auto care to anyone who is looking for warranty coverage on a vehicle. Before I purchased the contract, I had a ****** dealership check and approve it. I covered my bases, and have not regretted my purchase of the plan.

    THIS BUSINESS PHONED ME. THE PERSON I TALKED TO WAS FAR FROM POLITE. THE SALESMAN SPOKED WITH AN AUTHORITATVE TONE AND BECAME IRRITATED WHEN ASKED TO EXPLAIN THE INFORMATION SPOKEN OF. AFTER LISTENING TO HIS STATEMENTS, I EXPLAINED BACK TO HAVE PURCHASED WARRANTY THROUGH THE VEHICLE DEALERSHIP. THIS PERSON CONTINUED TO STAND-FIRM WITH MANIPULATION AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT THAT I ALREADY HAD SATISFACTORY COVERAGE, HE KEPT PRESSURING ME TO GIVE IN AND I BECAME EMOTIONALLY UPSET WITH CONFUSION. I TRIED TO GET MY POINT ACROSS THAT I HAVE LIMITED INCOME INCLUDING MY FINANCIAL INABILITY PAY FOR HIS PRODUCT. WITH MUCH DISTRESS, I GAVE IN TO HIS ELEVATED PRESSURING. I HAVE SINCE MADE SEVERAL CONTACTS, TO THIS BUSINESS, FOR CANCELING THIS EXTENDED WARRENTY DUE TO GOOD REASON. I SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND AM TOLD TO EXPECT A CALL BACK, IN A FEW DAYS, TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CURRENTLY, THIS ISSUE REMAINS UNRESOLVED.

    Admin ***** takes all customer concerns seriously. As such, we have a customer service department dedicated to helping our customers. We have documented proof that we have reached out to this customer on the following dates: 9/9/24, 9/10/24, 9/11/24, 9/12/24, 9/13/24, 9/16/24, 9/17/24, 9/18/24, 9/19/24, 9/20/24, 9/23/24, 9/25/24, 9/26/24, 9/27/24. The customer either hung up on our representatives or did not reply. We also emailed the customer each of these days in an attempt to contact them.


    We will now attempt to reach the customer once again to attempt to resolve the issue.

    I bought a policy, had a car issue, asked the customer service department for help and they reached out to my administrator and helped me file a claim. Any issue i had they were there to walk me through.Great company with great customer service.

    When they fist called **** was lied to the gentleman that I was talking to was going to give me hois number whee I could call him 24 /7. When I asked about I was told thats not true. The same man told me they helped with tires. That was a lie. I have been out of work for three weeks. I fell and broke my ankle bone Icalled them on or about the 10 of July 2024. I to cancell my contract. At first she said that I couldn't cancell. She kept on talking . I go to the Dr. on the 23 of July to have my ankle xrayed to see if it has mended. I called back Friday July 27to cancel. Then I was told that another lady was going to call me the first lady about canceling. I did ask to speaj to her but she was busy. I did wirte a letter but said they didn't have it yet. I just want to cancel and get my money back . be careful of this company ********************* don't make the mistake I made. Thank you ************

    We are dedicated to helping our customers and we have worked with this particular customer since July when they had the personal issues mentioned above. Their coverage was in effect from March. We have records showing where we deferred payments and changed due dates in an effort to assist. When the customer decided to cancel the contract, we did.

    We will reach out to the customer again to resolve this issue.

    This place is a complete scam. They sell policies which they are not license to sell. They lie about the level of coverages and they will do whatever it takes to get the sale. These policies do not actually help you in anyway. Do not let yourself fall for their lies and end up a victim like myself.
