On May 7th 2021, BBB sent correspondence to Extreme Tactical Dynamics requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally allege.
On June 25th 2021 BBB received the following response. "We, the understated parties, having been notified of the pattern of customer generally allege filed, hereby agree to work toward eliminating the pattern of complaint through the procedures or steps outlined below. We further agree to abide by the promised terms.
Thank you for reaching out in regards to this. As of January 202 there has been a large disruption in the global supply chain for materials, components and in some instances products in general. This is not something we can control nor is it something we created. We are not alone in this.
As of 5/1/2021 the supply chains have started to improve. However there still remains a very large back log of containers and boats globally for all businesses in the overseas ports trying to make there way to the USA.
In the event a customer orders and item we are backordered on we notify them of this situation and in many instances are able to substitute the item for a higher priced item at no additional cost. In some instances our customers choose not to wait or choose to not change the item. In instances like this we have a very strict protocol we follow. The customers do need to follow that protocol in order to assist them.
We will continue to assist our customers in every manner and as the world wide supply chains improve over the next several months we will also continue to improve on availability of certain items, or colors of items.
BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
