    A year ago I made a long distance move. The estimator had told me their movers were very knowledgeable about packing stereo equipment. When I got to my new home I discovered they had basically thrown my **** Sondek LP-12 turntable into a box with other stuff. I was horrified when I unpacked and saw what they did to my turntable. Mingace Custom Sound is one of only two Linn dealers in *******. I took the turntable to *****, who repaired it perfectly. The movers had also thrown all the cables and wires into a box, basically a mess of spaghetti. ***** brought the repaired table to me, went through all the wires and cables, and assembled my system. I'm moving again. I was so scarred from my previous experience I asked him to help me prevent it from happening again. I wasn't sure what exactly he would do since I didn't have any of the original boxes. He came to my home, brought boxes, disassembled the system and boxed it so everything was perfectly protected. In addition to his skill and knowledge about sound equipment and systems, his service was above and beyond what one would expect. Also, I live over two hours from ******************.
