    I had a very bad experience with Boss Public Adjusting. I was working with ******* and *******. The communication from them is awful. I would leave a message and never receive a call back. I was told ******* will call me back and I never received a call back. The insurance company made a settlement offer and I was never notified by ******* of the offer. ******************, he was handling all communication with the insurance company.Once I saw the offer on my account I accepted it. My insurance adjuster issued the check and ******* was requiring payment of his portion up front. He refused to sign the check so I could deposit it. I spoke to my insurance adjuster and asked if *******'s check could be separated from mine and let him know that ******* would not sign the check without up front payment. My insurance adjuster wasn't happy and asked me to provide the contract I signed with Boss. He reviewed it and advised ******* what was requesting is illegal and adds stress to the homeowner. He also let ******* know that he was overcharging me. The contract specified he would receive 5% of the settlement and ******* was requesting 10%. My insurance adjuster also stated that ******* made very little contact on my behalf to the insurance company and advised me to take him to court. This is not an organization anyone should use.
