"called them feb 5 they pumped the tank out did not say any other problems but it was still backing up in yard so i called feb ********************************************************************* they would send someone out have been calling 2 or three times a week told them my yard stinks sewer in my yard if they will just say we will not send any one out instead of saying someone will be out ******* i did not want to start over with another company but just wanted them to help if i had to pay I would have but they took advantage of this old lady my daughter took me to their location at 7300 ****** after my 4 hour chemotherapy to speak to someone so they can lie to my face but there was no office there just a lot where they park their trucks right now a have 100 problems but my septic tank is one i thought i could deal with"
