In my opinion after representing himself as such for 9 months, and factually at the time of this post ******** ** is not a licensed engineer. I have never met, spoken to or received an email from **** ** (deceased) - ******** handles all firm communication with us under a single email address. We've lost 9 months, he produced no final deliverables, cancelled the contract to my understanding and refused my demand for a refund of $5600. At no time would he commit to any timeline -- my perception of his M. O. is that he just keeps dragging the process out and asking for more money until the client has lost endless months, has nothing, digging themselves further and further financially and timewise hoping something will change. It won't. His rates are extraordinarily high. The original plans I provided were completed for approx $1000.******** personally and **** ** Engineering LLC were sued in ********* by ***** Dagenas (search **************************** - **** ** Engineering in the Last Name line) who alleged that he not received plans after 18 months, fired them and then ******** placed a lien for $50,150 on his property rendering him unable to continue his project after he had his plans completed elsewhere promptly for approximately $4500.I believe that a licensed engineer has not been supervising his work as required by law during my project and possibly many others. If you've had a negative experience with these folks, please call me at nine five four six three zero five five one and file a complaint with the state licensing board *****************. If you need engineering done professionally and for much less, I have had success with ******** Engineering who are extremely timely and professional.

      1. Client contracted with Paul Li Engineering Group, LLC for residential design work (not engineering).2. **** ** (recently deceased) was the qualifier and engineer for the engineering firm.3. ******** **, E.I. worked under ****** supervision on matters related to engineering as required by Florida Statutes and Board Rules.4. Residential design work (Floor Plans, Elevations, etc. does not require licensing).5. Work product which requires client participation to complete, was sent In-Good-Faith per the contact terms.6. Client sent an email terminating the relationship from an alternate email address, not previously disclosed prior to that. As the Point of Contact (***), it is within their rights to change contacts, but they should have indicated the alternate email. Prior to that they we didnt know that the *** (one and the same) are an attorney.7. Is the client advertising for their own law firm in this response?8. The other firm the client lists in their complaint, is also a very reputable one, but why is the client advertising for another engineering firm?9. Taken in conjunction with other disparaging remarks made by her after **** passed away, this feels like slander. 10. Client requested additional items and services above and beyond what was included in their scope of work for the contracted lump sum fees.
