  I have relied on Duck Duck Rooter plumbing services several times in the last few years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the timely and professional manner in which the jobs have been completed. Last week, in the evening, a water heater went out at one of my rental properties in Saint Augustine. I called Duck Duck Customer service and they scheduled a crew for early the following morning. Job completed by 9:00am, leaving my renter of the property extremely satisfied, as was I. Most of the plumbing problems I have experienced require prompt attention. Timing is of the essence. Duck Duck Rooter has been "Johnny on the spot" each time I've required help. In this day and age it's refreshing to work with a Company meeting such high standards consistently.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't say enough good about this company and their workers. Very respectful, talented, responsible workers. Shout out to Damien and Carlos. Great guys! Even those answering the phones were beyond incredible. The owner is nothing short of amazing. If you have septic or plumbing issue this is the company you want! If there is an issue, most likely it is the customer and not the company!

  Duck Duck Rooter has worked at our property twice. We used them once for septic and once for plumbing. They always call ahead, arrive on-time, explain things clearly, complete the job, clean up, and the pricing is reasonable.

  I had a service scheduled with this company to have my septic tank drained on Jan 20th 2023. The service was claimed to have been completed while I was at work. Payment transaction was completed days before service. No call from them to relate how the service had gone.Just 2 months after the septic tank was supposedly drained, it started backing up while I was in the shower. Ive been the only person in the house since it was drained in January and Im not home most of the day. However when I notified them of the problem, they immediately asked for another draining fee to come back out to investigate. It was very hard to believe the tank was drained at all. As a result I seek another plumbing company. This time I was home during the service. An inspection and draining was conducted. I was told the septic tank is working fine and that the issue is a clogged drain pipe from the house and not the tank itself. In addition, they highly doubt the tank was drained at all. Its my first time dealing with Duck Duck Rooter. I did not like their approach during this entire ordeal. Therefore, a bad impression has developed towards them. I certainly will seek a refund.

  Good afternoon, We have reviewed all the information on your account. January 20,2023 your pump out service was completed. We have photos of before the tank was pumped (showing tons of roots growing in your system) as well as after your tank was pumped (showing an empty tank). It is possible that with roots in your system as showing in the picture taken by the technicians that you could have an issue with your septic system, causing back *** again if everything is not flowing properly. Unfortunately, if you are not onsite when the pump out is completed, we cannot flush the toilets in the home ensuring there are no clogs from the home to the tank. You did provide us with a card on file and permission to charge that card after services were completed which was also done. The card was not charged until 4 days after the service on 1/24/2023. If you would like, we can certainly send you copies of all photos, receipts, and invoices showing the matching documentation for everything stated.We also pulled all recorded calls on the account and when you called in 3/28/2023 we did explain you had a what seemed to be a failing septic system because it was found at high level with many roots in the tank and we recommended an inspection of the septic system to confirm if the system was properly taking water. You requested to speak to a manager because you did not like the explanation given by the call center representative. Our Manager called you back next day and explained the entire process to you and he was also told he had no clue what he was talking about because he again recommended an inspection of the system and explained that if the drain field is not accepting water correctly the system could fill up as quickly as ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** to call the office and we could get you scheduled. We had not heard back from since 3/29/23.Thank you.
