"I think this practice is horrible I have been contacting them since last June or July trying to schedule an appointment for my annual checkup and mammogram but because they charged me a $50 no show fee because I got sick and had to go to the emergency room and I forgot to call them they refuse to help me and see me because they don't want to remove the $50 fee and I cannot afford to pay it. So they are more concerned about a $50 no-show fee as opposed to their patience health and I don't know how many times I have called and asked to speak to a manager no one ever calls me back so I'm going to have to switch OBGYN but at this point I would like everyone to know that this practice is more concerned with money then they are with their patients." ...
