    I am rejecting this response because:

    The price reduction was a negotiation between the sales team and myself due to corrosion on the vehicle. They did called me to apologize but unfortunately an apology will not make up for the deliberate lies I been told.  You business advertises as "Family Friendly' and states "As our reputation for fairness, quality, and superior customer service grew" thats why I signed paperworks without realizing the price trusting your sales team.

    Good morning and thank you for your email. Subaru of Jacksonville, as you are aware, does not have unresolved complaints and enjoys a stellar record in the Community and online. The reason, when issues arise, we communicate and attempt to resolve way prior to issues becoming public. This incident is the same.

    There was original confusion regarding the price. we resolved it in store and further reduced the price later in the transaction to off set his questions regarding fees. We've discussed this at length and while he continues to attempt o extort additional monies, we have made our position clear. He's written bad reviews and continues to attempt social media extortion. 

    Subaru of Jacksonville did not misrepresent or over charge in this, or any, transaction. Thank you again for allowing businesses to have a public forum to respond.

    We appreciate the BBB and a chance to respond. 

    as discussed previously, there is zero opportunity to resolve any issue on social media. 

    weve spent an hour discussing and explaining our position. This customer respond is simply proof the issues change. This statement is unrelated to his initial complaint. 

    myself or my son, ************************, will make ourselves available for an in person meet. All the customer needs to do is reach out to his salesperson and make an appointment. Absent his intention for a resolution other than constant social media posts, Subaru of Jacksonville has no wish to respond publicly regarding this purchase.
