    The dealership DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENTED the unsafe condition of a 2018 ****** Armada.I purchased a vehicle online based on photos, several conversations via phone and text, and a video. However, the dealership lied about the electronics being functional; I asked a number of times for assurances that the electronics were working, and the sales manager and staff stated unequivocally that everything was, in fact, in good working order.HALF OF THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL didnt light at all, and they delivered it in that condition.I told them IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. They brushed it off, sent me old ****** YouTube videos, said it was a warranty issue and told me to bring it in to see if the warranty would cover it. What they did not do is offer to repair it.After posting a negative ****** review, the sales manager said that there had been a misunderstanding, it was a well-known issue with Armadas and QX80s, and the dealership agreed to repair the instrument panel. I made the SIX HOUR round trip to the dealership, and was told it would likely be two weeks before it was returned and was given a loaner.The vehicle was finished a week sooner than I expected, and I agreed to pick it up a few days later. However, another SIX HOUR round trip drive was more than I could physically and financially manage again, and I asked if someone could meet me halfway with my vehicle to pick up the loaner. I overestimated my stamina and ability to continue to accommodate THEM for the gross misconduct that was part of the original sale.The sales manager went berserk. He threatened to charge me for every day I kept the loaner and made a fuss about the fact that I did not drop everything and drive the SIX HOURS to get the car the day it was done. He then threatened to pick up the loaner and leave my car at the dealership 120 miles away until I could pick it up on my own (literally - he is going to have someone come to my home to retrieve the loaner and NOT bring my car when he does).

    Yes we delivered the vehicle to her, we did not realize there was a problem with the electronics on the vehicle. If so we would of never drove 6 hours to deliver the vehicle. She did purchase an extended warranty with the purchase of the vehicle. We offered to fix the vehicle and she said yes. We provided her a loaner at our expense. We tried everything we could do to make her happy. We also delivered the vehicle back to her so she would not have to make that drive Thank you
