    I hired them for a labor-only moving job, with **** assuring me that everything would be packed securely to prevent damage, despite the cross-country journey. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered several items were broken: a headboard split due to inadequate packing and heavy items stacked on it, my dining room table scratched and broken from being laid flat on its side without a pad with heavy items atop it, and a TV, despite being well-wrapped, ended up cracked from being wedged into an awkward position.Upon notifying **** and providing photographic evidence, he has chosen to ignore all attempts at communication. Despite numerous texts and voicemails, I have received no response. I strongly advise against using their services and suggest seeking alternatives. This review could have been avoided if **** had shown professionalism and attempted to resolve the issues, but his lack of response is deeply disappointing.
